This subject covers the knowledge complex workplace communication for working at middle management level with internal and external clients, colleagues and other staff.

It includes preparing for complex communication, analysing and responding to opinions, presenting a convincing argument and developing a range of communications strategies.

Specific topics include:

  • Presenting a convincing argument
  • Subject matter is researched/organised, key points to be conveyed are identified and recorded, and information to counter other positions is summarised
