Entry to Martin College requires a minimum completion of Year 11 or equivalent, depending on which course is selected.

Generally:

• Certificates: Entry requires successful completion of Year 11
• Advanced Diplomas and Diplomas: Entry requires successful completion of Year 12

Students who are considering transfer to university after Martin College must meet the entry requirements of the degree for which they are applying.  Any student who is planning to progress to  university must have completed senior secondary education, Year 12 (or be mature age, ie 20 years or more) to apply for University entry and credit.

Graphic Design portfolios

The Martin College Diploma of Graphic Design course assumes students do not have prior experience in design.  Students develop a portfolio as part of their course.
