MacBook Giveaway Winners
Congratulations to our MacBook Giveaway prize winners.
These are exciting times for our students – as this month the winners of the MacBook Giveaway promotion were announced. This competition commenced February 16th, and was open to all Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents. The winners were drawn on June 5th, and prize-giving ceremonies took place soon afterwards at our Sydney, Brisbane, and Gold Coast campuses.
Each winner received the latest Apple notepad, featuring a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB memory, 250GB 5400-rpm hard drive, NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics processor and 13.3-inch LED-backlit widescreen.
Three of our winners (Jayden Winch, David Abalos, Phillip Quinn) are studying the Diploma of Information Technology, and are all looking forward to using their MacBooks in class. The same goes for Brenton Powell, who will use his MacBook extensively throughout the Diploma of Graphic Design. Andrew Bergan will use his MacBook to study the Diploma of Management, but also to further his passion for photography.
The prize-giving ceremonies also provided an opportunity for our winners to reflect and comment on the Martin College experience. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive – all students are enjoying their courses, and all told us that they would definitely recommend Martin College to a friend.
Thanks to our admin and marketing staff, and our enthusiastic events students, who helped organise the prize-giving ceremonies, and kept everything running smoothing. Watch out for more Martin College competitions – happening soon!
