This program is comprised of 3 courses:
- Advanced Diploma of Management
- Diploma of Business
- Certificate IV in Business
Upon successful completion of the Management University Pathway Program, graduates can transfer to a related degree with up to 1 1/2 years credit. If you travel down the management pathway, you will build study skills which are valuable preparation for further study.
- Attain the skills and understanding that will enable you to respond to emerging business opportunities and competently manage organisational change.
- Develop the entrepreneurial skills needed for success in the business world.
- Learn to create and implement strategic and business plans.
- Gain knowledge of financial and information management processes.
Degree credit transfer
Successful completion of this program offers the following credit transfer options:
- 1 year into Charles Sturt University, Bachelor of Business.
- 10 subjects into Charles Sturt University, Bachelor of Business Studies.
- 1 year to Griffith University, Bachelor of Business Administration – GPA of 5.0 at Martin College req.
- 1 year to QUT, Bachelor of Business - GPA of 5.0 at Martin College req.
- 1½ years into CQ University.
- Up to 80 credit points into Bachelor degrees at Bond University.
- 48 credit points into the Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Wollongong.

The business world is constantly evolving and management keeps pace with change and innovation, organisational structure and client relationships to achieve success. You'll graduate from this course with the ability to use your skills for strategic planning, setting objectives, controlling finances, developing efficient operations, managing the market, developing information systems and human resource management. Possible job titles relevant to the pathway program include: Department Manager or Area Manager.
Awards
Graduates of the Martin College degree pathway program (Management) receive three national awards: BSB40207 Certificate IV in Business, BSB50207 Diploma of Business and the BSB60407 Advanced Diploma of Management.
