To accept* our offer you are required to sign and return our Acceptance letter. Students under 18 will be required to have a parent sign this document. *Student applying for non-VET FEE HELP course will be required to pay enrolment fee to accept their offer. |

A welcome pack will be sent to you by post confirming your course and necessary details. |

If your application is successful, we will issue you an offer including: - A letter of offer - Acceptance of Offer documents - Under 18 welfare forms and information (if applicable) - Accommodation form (if applicable) |

To accept your offer, and confirm your place, you are required to: - Sign and return the ‘Acceptance of Offer’ document - Make payment as outlined in your offer letter - Submit the completed under 18 documentation (if applicable) - Submit completed accommodation form with preferences (if applicable) If applying for a student visa, applicants from Assessment Level 3 and 4 countries must apply for Pre-Visa Assessment (PVA) upon receiving the letter of offer. These applicants are not required to send payment until the PVA process is complete and a letter is received from the Australian Embassy advising the outcome. A welcome letter will be sent to you confirming your course and necessary details. Along with this welcome letter you will receive: - The Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment document (eCOE) to apply for your Student Visa - Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation /Welfare Arrangements letter (CAAW) for under 18s (if applicable) - If you have requested accommodation and airport reception, confirmation details will be sent to you. |
