We recognise that the student experience is not just about time in the classroom. Each campus offers a wide range of social activities which encourage students to mix outside class and get to know their peers in a social environment. Social activities include sporting activities, excursions, parties and functions.

Many of these events are arranged by the students themselves and students are encouraged to become involved with both attending and organising social functions. 

You will find there are opportunities every week to get involved in regular group activities such as soccer, cricket and basketball matches, party and movie nights, surf lessons, BBQs, whale watching and walking tours.

Each location offers opportunities for a range of excursions.  Here is a sample of some past organised trips:

• Sydney: Wine tasting in the Hunter Valley, the Blue Mountains Tours, Sydney Tower, Sydney Aquarium, Opera House
• Queensland (depending on whether you enrol at the Gold Coast or Brisbane campus): Fraser Island; Springbrook National Park; Gold Coast; Sunshine Coast; Byron Bay; Dreamworld; Whitewater World
